A FEW GUIDELINES FOR SUBMITTING

• Please submit one photo or one video telling us how you are #BeyondPowerful.
  (Note: If you submit a video, please also submit a photo!)
• The PHOTO should be at least 800 pixels tall by 800 pixels wide, in focus, and a plain image with no filters. Please no selfies. A good cellphone photo works!Click here for a good example.
• The VIDEO should be recorded vertically, no longer than 30 seconds, with no filters. A good cellphone video works!Click here for a good example (for video look/quality – no editing needed!).
• One person per photo/video please, we want the focus to be on you! If you have a special situation, please submit and we will review.
• Smile + show us your personality—we can’t wait to see what you share!

A FEW REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED

• You must have type 2 diabetes!
• Include all information requested.
• For location, please send city, state and country.
• For your statement, tell us a little about your experience with type 2 diabetes and what makes you feel empowered. Please aim for four to five sentences and we will trim if necessary. This can be your script for the video recording!
• Follow us on at least one platform: @beyondtype2 on Instagram + Twitter and Beyond Type 2 on Facebook.

By submitting, you become an official ambassador, agree to share your post on your social media platforms and encourage others to join our efforts.
