Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, Jacqui Clark and husband Tom recently relocated to Nashville, TN, along with their family.  Jacqui is thrilled to be a part of the Outreach Committee focusing on the Greater Nashville Area. Daughter Jeanmarie was diagnosed with Type 1 in 2016 and serves on the Youth Advisory Committee. (You can find her on Instagram @type1_jj) Daughter Josie helps moderate the Beyond Type 1 app and is a fierce advocate for little sister Jeanmarie.  Josie is also pursuing a career in the music industry and released her first single in July 2019.  Supportive big brother Ryan attends the University of Tennessee. Go Vols! Together we are incredibly strong in the face of this disease. We are grateful to have found Beyond Type 1 just after diagnosis and we are dedicated to the mission of education and advocacy.
