Karime has been living with type 1 diabetes since 2010. She has a degree in Spanish Language and Literature and is the mother of a wonderful human being and two doggy daughters. She is the creator of the blog, the podcast and the virtual community Sin dos de Azúcar. Her diabetes has led her to educate and recognize herself. She firmly believes that people’s experiences nourish and enrich the community, that is why she started writing her story.
