Mojito Reloaded


Ready for a Friday happy hour? This mojito has less than 2 grams of carbs and is delicious with hints of mint and bourbon.



  • 1 ½ ounces Bourbon
  • 1 teaspoon Erythritol or any other artificial sweetener
  • ½  ounce Lime juice
  • A couple of fresh mint leaves
  • 2 ounces Sparkling water
  1. Add lime, sweetener, and mint leaves in a glass
  2. Use lots of ice!
  3. Add bourbon, fill your glass with sparkling water
